First time clients
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will allow enough time for you to fill out a brief client history form, discuss any areas of specific concern and put together a plan to meet your goals.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and receive the treatment they need.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show." There will be no charge for the first missed session, after that you will be charged the full service fee for any further missed appointments. We may also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments.
Late Arrival
In fairness to yourself and to the next client, please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at a scheduled time. Sessions begun late due to the client arriving late will end at the scheduled time and will be full price regardless of the length of the treatment actually given. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. This is your time, don't miss out.
