Lisa has a therapeutic and relaxing style of massage. She is able to customize a session to meet every individuals needs. By using a combination of mostly deep tissue, Swedish and myofascial release, Lisa is able to relieve muscle tension, provide pain relief and help you enter a state of zen like relaxation. 

 Lisa's positive can do attitude mixed with her dedication to quality, hard work and excellent customer service are the reasons she was chosen by Arizzi Chiropractic before finishing school and ultimately led her to open her own practice. 

Lisa is a graduate of Spa tech institute. She returns to the school from time to time to help out the teachers and students. She is fully licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts and a current member of ABMP.

Lisa loves animals and being a massage therapist. She also enjoys hiking, riding her motorcycle, laughing and eating. But skiing is her greatest passion. " I love skiing and being in the mountains! To me it is exciting and peaceful, relaxing and invigorating all at the same time". 

Lisa likes to play just as hard as she works and because of that she personally understands what injury, chronic muscle tension and pain can do to a persons body. She instinctively knows and has the training, knowledge and skills to help you achieve the best results possible.
